侧重于将临床数据与人体脂肪组织实验室研究相结合的方式,探索肥胖和代谢失衡发展过程中的脂肪组织细胞学改变,与全身代谢稳态的关联,以及引起代谢失衡的机制。
通过探索临床用药及手术治疗等干预手段对脂肪组织的功能影响,开发靶向性逆转肥胖和代谢紊乱的新治疗方法。
